Pay Your Bill Online
You may pay your bill on line with 24-hour access to your water and sewer account using our NEW bill payment provider e-billexpress provided by WELLS FARGO.
We take your online security seriously. Therefore, no sensitive information, including credit card information, is stored on our web server. How do I enroll and what information do I need?
To enroll, please visit http://www.e-billexpress.com/ebpp/FIPSD/
Click on the "Enroll" button. This will take yuou to the Enrollment page, where you will be asked to provide basic contact information, choose your security settings, and enter the basic financial information that you will use to pay your bill. You will need a valid email address and a copy of a recent billing statement which provides your account number.
You can now pay your bill by having funds drawn directly from your checking or savings account or by a credit card.
When viewing your bill online, you will have the option to download a copy of the bill and save it to your computer. You will also have the ability to print a copy of your bill if you want a hard copy for your records.
You will receive an email when your bill is available for viewing and ready for payment. You will also receive an email when your payment has been received.
The service is designed to maintain the privacy and security of your financial information. We use industry recognized security safeguards including SSL encryption, firewall technology and intrusion detection systems.
All information is stored in a secured environment to prevent unauthorized access to your personal and financial data. We will not distribute your personal information for marketing and soliciation purposes.

Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five to seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.
Automatic Bank Draft
The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the ACH Recurring Debit Form below and drop it off or mail it to our office, along with a voided check.
Pay Your Bill in Person
You may pay your bill in person at our office address located at 291 Tarpon Boulevard. We accept cash, check, or credit cards. We accept Master Card, Visa and Discover.
Pay Your Bill By Phone
You may also pay your bill by phone using your credit card at 843-838-2400. We accept Master Card, Visa and Discover.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
